Technomad Warranty

  • Terms
    • Opening orders are always COD or prepaid.
    • USA/Canada Only: 2/10 Net 30 terms can be established by filling out the online dealer application and pending approval by the Technomad credit department.
    • International Orders: all international orders must be prepaid via wire transfer.  No letters of credit.
    • International Orders: all international orders are shipped ‘Ex-Factory’ – freight, duty, taxes, and any applicable fees collect.
    • Net 30 Terms can and will be revoked if a dealer is late with payments on Net 30 invoices.  Technomad may change a dealer’s payment terms at any time at its sole discretion.
    • Custom products – including custom terminated loudspeakers or loudspeakers manufacturered in colors other than black (black or white for Vernal loudspeakers) – must be pre-paid in full before they are put into the Technomad production schedule. Custom orders are not refundable.
    • Technomad accepts company checks for Net 30 payments as well as wire transfers and credit cards.
    • If Technomad chooses to accept credit card payment for an order, customer’s card will be charged when order is placed (thereby confirming order in Technomad production schedule).
    • Any quick-pay (i.e. 1-10 net 30) discounts do not apply to credit card payments, opening orders, or international orders.
    • Commercial dealers are prohibited from selling to Military or Government customers.  Dealers who sell to military or government customers will be terminated without notice.
  • Return Policies
    Technomad will accept returns on orders ONLY under the following conditions:

    • The return must be requested within 10 days of shipment.
    • The return must be pre-approved, and accompanied by an RMA Form issued by Technomad. Shipments without a pre-issued RMA number and form will be refused.
    • A minimum 10% restock fee will be applied to any returned shipment.
    • Returns are not accepted on custom orders, i.e. non-black colors (or non black or white for the Vernal), custom termination, etc…
    • Goods must be returned in like new condition, with all original packaging and documentation. Any goods returned in used condition will incurr charges above the standard restock fee of 10% to cover the costs of refurbishment.
    • Returns are not accepted on international orders.
