Below are tables listing the maximum loudness (Sound Pressure Level – SPL) of Technomad PA systems at different listening distances.
Note that YOUR system’s actual max SPL is highly dependent on the type and recording /speaking quality of audio being played, correct system setup and operation etc. These should be viewed as best-case approximate values. Note also that SPL is only part of the picture – a highly distorted horn-based system might have higher SPL numbers than a Technomad system, but be completely unintelligible. Technomad systems generally are easier to understand than other products even at LOWER SPL levels, and they are better at ‘cutting through’ background noise than narrow-bandwidth horns.
